How to request deletion of your PlayToRedeem account.

This page explains the current PlayToRedeem account-deletion process for user accounts. It covers how to submit a request, what happens after the request is reviewed, and what kinds of records may still be retained.

From the PlayToRedeem app

If your current PlayToRedeem app version includes account controls, sign in, open your account or profile settings, choose the delete-account or account-action request option, and submit the request from there.

Sign in to the PlayToRedeem mobile app.

Open your account, profile, or settings area.

Choose the delete-account or account-action request option if it is available in your app version.

Review the request details and submit the deletion request.

By email support request

If you cannot access the in-app flow, email the support team and ask for account deletion. Support may ask for extra information to verify that you own the account before the request is processed.

Send your request to support@playtoredeem.com.

Use the subject line "PlayToRedeem Account Deletion Request".

Include your registered email address and the full name used on the account.

Add any useful context that helps us identify the account, such as the wallet or gameplay issue that led to the request.

What happens after you submit the request

Request received

A deletion request is recorded as a pending account-action request. If needed, the team may contact you for clarification or verification before taking action.

Request completed

When a delete request is completed, the account is blocked from future access. In active platform checks, the account is then treated as deleted and the user can no longer continue normal sign-in or gameplay flows.

If the request is declined

A request may be declined if the ownership details do not match, the request is incomplete, or additional review is required. In that case, support may ask for more information before a new request is submitted.
