PlayToRedeem provides a browse-first website and app-connected reward experience. The website helps users discover stores, categories, and offer previews. The mobile app handles live actions such as offer selection, gameplay, wallet access, claims, and in-store redemption.
You must use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information when required. If an account, device, or wallet action depends on identity, contact details, or purchase context, you are responsible for ensuring that information is correct and current.
Store offers, discounts, freebies, and reward labels are created and managed by participating merchants. Availability may depend on store approval status, active schedules, gameplay rules, selection limits, voucher state, and redemption windows. A store or reward appearing on the website does not guarantee that it is continuously available or still claimable at a later time.
Certain rewards are unlocked only through supported in-app gameplay flows. Users must follow the active game rules, selection limits, and activity steps presented in the app. Duplicate, abusive, manipulated, or automated attempts to trigger gameplay, claim rewards, or bypass platform rules may result in loss of access to the affected reward flow.
Wallet states such as wins, claimed vouchers, active sessions, and redeemed rewards reflect the current platform record at the time they are shown. Some rewards require an extra claim step before redemption. In-store redemption may require a QR token, coupon code, or another verification method supported by the merchant at the point of redemption.
You may not misuse the service, interfere with security controls, scrape protected platform data, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted systems, or use bots or scripts to simulate user actions. We may limit, suspend, or block platform access where misuse, fraud, abuse, or policy violations are detected.
Merchants remain responsible for the business information, store content, catalog items, pricing, redemption handling, and offer terms they publish through the platform. PlayToRedeem may surface merchant-provided content and reward flows, but merchant fulfillment and in-store redemption handling still depend on the participating store.
We may update the website, app, reward logic, platform content, page copy, or service behavior over time. We may also remove or restrict access to content, stores, offers, or features when required for security, compliance, operational review, or service maintenance.
